Steve Koscoe, a Certified Master Plumber, started his company over 25 years ago under the name Steve Koscoe Plumbing. In 2007 he added the dba “My Personal Plumber” for marketing and branding purposes.

My Personal Plumber is family-owned and operated by a team of skilled, licensed and insured plumbers who truly care about serving their customers’ needs.  Our technicians have respect for your property. We always wear shoe covers and keep the area clean before, during and after work is performed.  We always leave the work area clean making the women of the home happy. Steve Koscoe has over 40 years experience in the plumbing industry and is a Certified Master Plumber.  He is a dedicated family man and considers his technicians and customers as an extension of his family.  Steve founded the company on the foundation that Service is Job #1 and has remained steadfast to that commitment.  Steve Koscoe personally has over 40 years plumbing experience and only hire’s technicians who have 8-10 years experience so customers can rest assured that they will always have a qualified person working on their property.  In additional Steve and his crew always make time for the latest seminars and product updates to keep the company out in front for both service and knowledge.

Our technicians are dispatched with a fully stocked  “Warehouse on Wheels” with every service call to help us be prepared for those unknown challenges that happen in the field.  Our goal is to complete each service call on the first visit in a timely and efficient manner.  Our rolling “Warehouse on Wheels” helps us accomplish this goal.
